The 210th Diplomatic Roundtable, co-hosted by the Japan Forum on International Relations and two other organizations, was held on the theme of “China's role in Russia's war against Ukraine,” with Yurii Poita, Head of the Asia-Pacific Section at the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS), as the guest speaker. The Roundtable was held as outlined in 1.-5. and a summary is shown in 6. below.

Yurii Poita, Head of the Asia-Pacific Section at the Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies (CACDS), gave a Roundtable on “The Background and Purpose of the Research: China's role in Russia's war against Ukraine,” “China’s Position as of 2022,” and “Qualitative and Quantitative Expansion of China's Support for Russia Since 2023,” “Cognitive Warfare and Diplomatic Manipulation,” “Information Warfare an Manipulation of Domestic Public Opinion,” and followed by a lively Q&A session with the attendees.
