The 209th Diplomatic Roundtable, co-hosted by the Japan Forum on International Relations and two other organizations, was held on the theme of “Nuclear Strategy and Non-Proliferation after the Israel-Iran War: Challenges and Opportunities,” with Emmanuel Navon, Senior Fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS), as the guest speaker.
