The 203rd Diplomatic Roundtable, co-hosted by the Japan Forum on International Relations and two other organizations, was held on the theme of “Indo Pacific as a strategic construct and its implications on Small States: A Sri Lankan Perspective”, with Harinda Ranura Vidanage, Director, Kotelawala Defence University, as the guest speaker. The Roundtable was held as outlined in 1.-5. and a summary is shown in 6. below.
