The 203rd Diplomatic Roundtable, co-hosted by the Japan Forum on International Relations and two other organizations, was held on the theme of “Indo Pacific as a strategic construct and its implications on Small States: A Sri Lankan Perspective”, with Harinda Ranura Vidanage, Director, Kotelawala Defence University, as the guest speaker. The Roundtable was held as outlined in 1.-5. and a summary is shown in 6. below.

6. Summary:
Harinda Ranura Vidanage, Director, Kotelawala Defence University, gave a Roundtable talk on “Problems and Complexities of the International Community from the Perspective of Sri Lanka” and “Sri Lanka’s Future”, followed by a lively Q&A session with the attendees.
